Our adaptation program helps to create comfortable working conditions for newcomers and unlock their potential. The program is curated by a dedicated HR manager and a tech mentor. Each employee has a resource manager responsible for career development and motivation.
A tech lead or a responsible senior of the project ensures new team members introduction, training and knowledge transfer, supporting them with the project technology and process information. We also make sure that novices are provided with all tools, so they can start work immediately.
Career development program
For systematic employee growth within the company, we have a Career Development Program—an ongoing process aimed at mastering current skills and enabling future promotions. Depending on the background, all newcomers are assigned with grades that correspond to their responsibilities and functions. Along with the growing skills and responsibilities, the employee grade and pay increases as well.
During performance review days, employees and their resource managers review the employee professional achievements, discuss promotion to a higher grade and salary rise, and set up goals for the upcoming year.
To get a picture of the employee progress, the resource manager picks up peer and customer feedback and evaluates the employee against position-specific criteria. For example, developer progress is evaluated against engineering, process and personal skills.
