Head of Magento Practice

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Magento manager or technical lead willing to make a step up: build and head a dedicated Magento practice unit within the company.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of Magento
- Experience in full-cycle development and maintenance of complex Magento projects
- Expertise in managing integration with third-party systems (stock and availability management, shipping, etc.)
- Experience in leading of development team
- English skills sufficient for fluent spoken communication
Nice to have
- Experience in team, budget and risk management
- Experience with direct customer communication, presenting and justification of proposed solution
- Awareness of alternative e-commerce platforms
