Work in the IT Department of an international company specializing in the provision of services of software development and IT solutions.

Requirements

  • Tracking graphs and processing alerts and notifications from monitoring client systems;
  • Recording incident information in various tracking systems;
  • Interaction with technical support engineers and developers;
  • Performing content management tasks and registering new users;
  • Communicating with foreign customers by phone and correspondence in English;
  • Shift work schedule - 2/2 from 9 am to 9 pm or 2/2 from 9 pm to 9 pm, with bonuses for nights and weekends.

Nice to have

  • Conversational English (Upper-Intermediate level and above);
  • The following qualities: responsibility, diligence, attentiveness, quick learning, competent verbal and written speech, communication skills;
  • Technical education and experience in a call center or technical support will be an advantage.
