UX Analyst

We are looking for experienced UX Analysts that are willing to solve complex issues while developing high quality software systems using modern technologies.
Requirements
- Confident spoken and written English
- At least 1 year of experience in UX Design or a similar area
- Understanding UX competencies
- Confident proficiency in Figma
- Good communication skills required for efficient design decisions negotiation with business stakeholders and the team
Nice to have
- Work experience in cross-functional teams
- Experience in user feedback gathering and turning it into design decisions (Data-driven design)
- Experience in conducting a usability audit
- Experience in Web analytics
- Business analysis skills
- Ability to compose a proposal for UX works and present it to the client
